When should I hear back from AXA?

AXA informed us a little while back that whilst they aim to respond to people in 5 days, they have noticed a backlog - please submit extension requests with plenty of time to ensure members do not have an unwanted pause in therapy. 

Please note that we cannot chase AXA on your behalf. If you have waited a while, it is quickest for your member to contact AXA directly and get an update.
