A progress review is a brief update at session 6, reviewed internally by HelloSelf to support our experts in thinking about their member’s progress and how sessions are best used early on.
This is in response to issues and expressions of dissatisfaction with regards to unclear or late extensions requests causing delays in the member’s care and extension requests beyond member’s cover, resulting in payment disputes.
For example, if your member is no longer in caseness at session 6, but wishes to use all 10 sessions, you might want to consider spacing the remaining sessions out and use them as booster sessions. You do not need to send this to AXA.
An extension request is the usual process of requesting further sessions from AXA, although the process for this has changed - see "Do I /email the AXA form to Psych health queries for actual extension requests?"
