Can I invite any member to the HelloSelf platform? - yes, as long as the member has been brought on by you and not from a partnership setting within HelloSelf.
How do I add my members?
In a few simple steps,
-
log into the HelloSelf platform and select the option “add a client’ on the top right of the blue tool bar
-
Scroll to the lower part of the page, and add all the essential details to get the session booked
3. Send the invite to your member. They will receive an email with a link within it. The member clicks the link and will be brought to the HelloSelf member platform to log in and complete their personal details. ** It is essential the member does this in order for the session to be confirmed and booked into your calendar.
How does my member access sessions?
Log into the member site at helloself.com or download the member app from the app store or google play store.
What tools can I access on the platform?
All platform tools are available - session summaries, remind me, outcome measure prescription, messages, call screen.
Can I Change/Amend my member funding details?
Yes of course, it is not uncommon for members to change how they are funding their sessions. Please complete the change of funder form, this will go directly to our finance team who will make the necessary changes for you/your member.
If members funding details are incorrect or incomplete this could result in a delay to HelloSelf being able to complete session payments to you.
Can I add members funding with PMI?
Yes you can, AXA and BUPA have set rates due to our agreements’ which are reflected in the window when adding your member, any other private medical insurer or self funding you add your desired fee.
If I am a HelloSelf Associate can I add my own members?
Yes of course, we actively encourage experts to make use of the platform features to support members they bring/introduce to using HelloSelf. One platform for all your private practice.
Are there any pricing restrictions?
Due to contractual agreements BUPA and AXA fees are set at rates defined by the insurers. The other prices are set by you, or by your individual agreements with insurers. We can still invoice for you.
How much will I be paid per session?
HelloSelf take £5 for supporting the session, and Stripe process the payment for you at a 2.5% transaction fee. Therefore the formula is Session Fee - £5 - 2.5% = Your take home per session.
E.g Session fee £110 - £5 - 2.5% = £102.37
What happens if we no longer want to use the IYM option on the platform?
We hope this is unlikely to happen but just in case, you would make the member ‘inactive’.
Will my data be secure?
Absolutely. Please find all the information about security and data protection here: https://www.helloself.com/policies
Will it change the way we do our sessions?
You will still have the same sessions, they will just take place on the HelloSelf platform rather than on Zoom or Google Meets. This is a secure platform and also gives access to useful tools and features such as goal setting, session summaries and worksheets to support you in your therapy journey.
Can the member use the platform between sessions or after our course of sessions is complete? Yes, the member can access the platform at any time and make use of the tools or revisit your session recordings/session summaries in the session library (if you have indicated in the session that you would like to record it/ summarise it).
If we are in the middle of an insurer approved set of sessions, can I move them to the HelloSelf platform without informing my insurer?
Yes. HelloSelf will take over invoicing the funder once you begin sessions with your member. Fees will be paid the following month the session was completed on the 20th day. Please just ask your member to complete their membership and authorisation codes during your platform registration process, as well as how many sessions you have had approved and how many sessions are left on your policy.
