What’s changing in the AXA process?

We’re introducing a 6-session progress review for AXA members. After session 6, you’ll be asked to complete a short clinical summary on the Experts platform to reflect on the member’s progress and whether further sessions are needed.

If further sessions are clinically appropriate, you can extend the tracker to 10 sessions via the platform. For sessions beyond 10, AXA still requires a formal extension request form to be completed and emailed for approval - the form has been updated and is available in the Therapist Shared Drive folder.
